The following calling features are available for the Home Phone Complete and Home Phone Choice packages:

Call Waiting When you're on the phone, be notified of another incoming call. Visual Call Waiting When you're on the phone, see who's calling and decide which call to answer. Ident-A-Call Have another number for your existing phone line with its own distinctive ring Never Miss a Call Call Answer Let callers leave you voicemail even when you're on the phone. Call Answer Message Manager Have up to 3 additional private voicemail boxes as part of your Call Answer service, plus many other enhancements. Online Voice Mail This innovative service lets you retrieve voice messages online as well as from your phone. Call Forwarding Forward incoming calls to any other number. Online Voice Mail with Extensions Keep your household organized by adding up to 3 extra private extension mailboxes for other members of your family at no additional cost. Last Call Return/Busy Call Return Hear the last number to call your home and be notified when a busy line you are calling becomes free. Service is available to residential customers in Ontario and Quebec where technology permits. In certain areas, the monthly rate is regulated by the CRTC and may vary according to geographical location; this also applies to savings. Other fees such as, on a monthly basis, TouchTone ($2.80) and 9-1-1 (19¢; may vary by region) apply. One-time activation fee (up to $55 per line) applies to new or moving customers (waived for New Bell Internet subscribers). Without a long distance plan, the rate for long distance calls to Canada and the US is 25¢/min. 30-day notification required to cancel service. Taxes are extra. Promotional prices are applicable for 1 year on a 2-year contract.
